I focus on providing direct and supportive guidance without an overly 'clinical' feel. My areas of expertise include grief, addiction, ADHD, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I also provide supervision for counselors. All sessions are conducted via phone or secure video, and I am in-network for BCBS PPO only. A Time Of Service discount is offered for those without insurance.
