Clinical Therapy & Alternative Therapy

I've been in practice for over 30 years and have a warm, friendly approach. I am direct and supportive without feeling overly 'clinical'. My areas of expertise are grief, addiction, ADHD, Life transitions, anxiety and depression. I can provide supervision for counselors. All sessions are by phone or secure video. I'm in network for BCBS PPO only. 

From 2019 - 2025 I provided Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy at a neuropsychiatry practice. The knowledge and experience gained allows me to support virtual psychedelic integration, education on the appropriate use of psychedelic therapies, along with training therapists who would like to offer this modality. 

As a firm believer in Mind/Body wellness, I've found these three interventions to be safe and effective, when used appropriately. I am a Certified Holistic Cannabis Practitioner who can consult with you regarding CBD, where to buy products and how to use them. I can provide assistance with patients interested in medical cannabis cards. I can provide guidance and resources on low carb lifestyles.
