With over 30 years of experience in Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling, I offer a warm, friendly approach to therapy. I focus on providing direct and supportive guidance without an overly 'clinical' feel. My areas of expertise include grief, addiction, ADHD, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I also provide supervision for counselors. All sessions are conducted via phone or secure video, and I am in-network for BCBS PPO only. A Time Of Service discount is offered for those without insurance. If you live outside of IL we can work together via Life Coaching. 

From 2019 to 2025, I provided Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy at a neuropsychiatry practice. The knowledge and experience I gained during this time enable me to support virtual psychedelic integration and educate others on the appropriate use of psychedelic therapies. Additionally, I offer training for therapists interested in incorporating this modality, alongside insights into CBD Cannabis and Keto for holistic wellness.

As a firm believer in Mind/Body wellness, I've found these three interventions to be safe and effective when used appropriately. As a Certified Holistic Cannabis Practitioner, I can consult with you regarding CBD Cannabis and Keto, where to buy products, and how to use them effectively. I also provide assistance for patients interested in obtaining medical cannabis cards. Additionally, I offer guidance and resources on low carb/holistic lifestyles, which can complement Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling for optimal mental health.
